Stan Brock founded Remote Area Medical (RAM) clinics as a way to bring free medical, optical and dental care to poor, unemployed, uninsured families, children and adults in remote areas of the United States and the world.

Brock flies a historic DC-3 carrying medical equipment and supplies to the remote areas where the clinics are held.
